Since 2002, IFP School has also pursued a policy of developing international off-site programs, which consists in setting up degree courses off-campus in partnership with a local university and an industrial sponsor.
These programs are for students with at least four years of higher education, most of whom are from the country in which the program takes place. Students are awarded a degree signed jointly by IFP School and the local university. Since the first programs got off the ground in 2002, more than 800 students have graduated from the following countries: Algeria, Angola, Saudia Arabia, Iran, Malaysia, Russia and Venezuela.
In 2016, three programs are being run, in Saudi Arabia (with Saudi Aramco), in Nigeria (with University of Port Harcourt and Total Nigeria) and in Russia (with Gubkin and Omsk Universities and Gazprom Neft).
