Visit IFP School's social networks!

In September 2014, IFP School expanded the spectrum of social networks on which it is active: IFP School's Twitter account currently has more than 1,500 followers and follows the accounts of leading influencers in the fields of energy, education and innovation.

We used it, for example, to share the video of a former IFP School student, Mr. Josep Borrell, who went on to become a minister in the Spanish government and President of the European Parliament, and who describes his experience at IFP School as having had a significant impact on his career.

On IFP School's LinkedIn account, created in November 2013, a publication relating to the appointment of Bruno Jamet (MOT 2005) as director of Energy & Propulsion programs at Pôle Véhicule du Futur (the Vehicle of the Future cluster) was the subject of 8,413 impressions (the number of times an update has been seen by the network's members). Moreover, the dedicated Alumni LinkedIn group currently has 3,200 members.

In recent years, IFP School has been increasingly investing in digital communication as an essential tool.

For French and international applicants, the social networks are also an invaluable and rapid source of information regarding IFP School, its activities and programs of interest to them. Recruitment campaigns – the current one runs until the end of March 2017 – are traditionally relayed via Facebook since many applicants around the world use the platform as a source of information and a point of contact with us. It is now established as the direct link between applicants and IFP School and remains the world's leading social network. IFP School's Facebook page has received more than 16,000 likes to date.

Let's not forget that it is also through the "ambassadors", representatives of our various accounts, that IFP School optimizes its international profile. So our Alumni have an essential role to play here!
