For the second year running, IFP School is among the Top 5 engineering schools in France offering the best student experience for women, according to the HappyAtSchool® Focus Women 2025!
The School is second behind Mines-Paris PSL, and ahead of ESTACA, UniLaSalle and ESIEE Paris. IFP School has thus moved up the ranks, from 4th place to 2nd compared to 2024.
This recognition underlines the School's commitment to gender equality and the well-being of its students.
This ranking is based on the results of the HappyIndexAtSchool® survey conducted by ChooseMyCompany between September 1st, 2023 and August 31st, 2024 according to the following criteria:

Organizations accredited over the period concerned.

Gender demographic question included in the survey.

Minimum number of female respondents: at least 20.

Methodology: Based on the rate of positive responses from female students.

Scope: Only results from organizations in France are taken into account.
17,838 female students from 162 organizations responded to this campaign.
